PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time — typically 5–10 business days — before they are ready to ship. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We ship to all 50 states. The following rates apply at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping — $0.00–$19.90 (estimated delivery: 5–8 business days)
  • Standard Shipping — $6.90–$9.90 (estimated delivery: 3–5 business days)

Rates are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY (Colorado)

We're proud to serve our local Colorado community! We offer:

  • Free Local Delivery — Available for qualifying orders in the Colorado area

Select your preferred option at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note:

  • International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

PRINT-ON-DEMAND & CUSTOM ORDERS

Some items in our store are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printful and Ninja POD). These items are made to order and have the following shipping rates:

  • Contiguous US — $7.95 flat rate
  • Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — $13.99 flat rate
  • International — Rates vary by zone, calculated at checkout

Production time for print-on-demand items is typically 3–7 business days in addition to shipping time. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
